Section 27
Powers of the Government of Nepal

27.1 If the Authority does or is about to do any work contrary to this Act, the Government of Nepal may issue an order to stop such work. 27.2 The Government of Nepal may cancel any order given by the Authority in whole or in part in accordance with this Act if it deems it necessary keeping in mind the public interest. 27.3 The Government of Nepal may dissolve the Authority at any time if it is determined that the Authority has completed its duties or the Authority has not complied with its duties, duties or instructions or it is not necessary to maintain the Authority. 27.4 If the authority is dissolved according to sub-section 27.3, the rights and obligations of that authority will be transferred to the Government of Nepal. 27A. /strong> (1) If the authority is dissolved according to section 27, the pending cases in the authority according to section 9 and 21 will be transferred to the relevant district court and the remaining pending cases will be transferred to the High Court in Patan according to section 23.

( 2) The rights and obligations of the authority shall be transferred to the Government of Nepal and the documents and records shall be transferred to the body or office designated by the Government of Nepal. The words are kept.
