24.1 If the Institute does or is about to do any work contrary to this Act, the Government of Nepal may issue an order to stop such work. 24.2 The Government of Nepal may dissolve the Institute at any time if it considers that the Institute has completed its work, or if the Institute has not complied with its duties, duties or orders or instructions, or if it is not necessary to maintain the Institute. 24.3 If the institute is dissolved as per sub-section 24.2, the rights and liabilities of the institute will be transferred to the Government of Nepal.
