Rule 46
Powers of the Government of Nepal
The Government of Nepal may, in consultation with the Attorney General, make necessary arrangements from time to time regarding the administration of the Office of the Public Prosecutor and the administration of the Public Prosecutor, and such arrangements shall be deemed to have been made in accordance with this regulation.
