Appointment of the Nepal Government as a plaintiff
Apart from the case initiated by a complaint under sub-section (2) of Section 52, the proceedings of the case shall be conducted by appointing the Nepal Government as a plaintiff in the cases related to offenses under Schedule-1 and Schedule-2.
