Rule 3
The Nepal government can entrust the organization with the task of nurturing children who eat milk
:
(1) The Government of Nepal may assign the task of nurturing the milk-fed children to the organization by specifying the terms and duration as it deems appropriate.
(2) The government of Nepal will give the amount it deems appropriate to the organization for the purpose of every financial year for the work of rearing the milk-fed child and if it deems necessary, it can also hire the employees working under the supervision of the organization.
