Section 4
Nepal Scout to be a self-governing organization
(1) Nepal Scout shall be a self-governing and organized organization with unbroken succession.
(2) Nepal Scout shall have a separate seal of its own for all its activities.
(3) Nepal Scout can acquire, enjoy, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property like an individual. Nepal Scout can also be sued under the same name.
