(1) The Secretary shall be a full-time official of Nepal Scout.

(2) The appointment of the Secretary shall be as determined by the elected members of the National Council.

(3) The Secretary shall The term of office will be four years.

(4) Under the supervision of the National Council, the National Executive Committee and the Chief Commissioner, the Secretary will do the work of Nepal Scout.

(5) Implementation of the decisions made by the National Council and the National Executive Committee. It will be the responsibility of the secretary to get it done.

(6) Other duties, duties and rights of the secretary will be as prescribed.

(7) The remuneration and facilities of the secretary will be as prescribed.
