(1) Before this Act comes into force, all actions taken in the name of Nepal Scout shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this Act.
(2) Until the formation of the National Council and the National Executive Committee, the work to be done by the said councils will be done by the Executive Committee of Nepal Scout, which existed at the time of commencement of this Act.
