(1) Regarding the foreign exchange received by Nepali citizens, the public notice shall be published and broadcast by the bank as prescribed.
(2) Foreign exchange earned by a Nepali citizen during his stay abroad or investment made from such foreign exchange even after returning to Nepal, except in the case mentioned in section 6, if he wants to keep such foreign exchange abroad or invest it abroad, he should inform the bank and keep such foreign exchange abroad. Or it can invest abroad.
