Rule 114A
Procedure for calculation of employment period
(1) According to rule 114, teachers who wish to have their employment period calculated shall have such employment period calculated from the teacher library within the middle of Samvat 2069 Chaitra and the teacher appointed after the commencement of this rule within one year from the date of appointment. After that period, such employment period will not be counted.
(2) If a teacher who has retired from the teaching service receiving gratuity and is re-appointed permanently in the education service, his employment period will be calculated only if he returns the amount of gratuity received earlier.
(3) If the teacher who calculates the employment period according to sub-rule (1) has taken study leave, extraordinary leave, medical treatment expenses and insurance amount during the previous employment period, the details thereof shall be submitted to the teacher library.
