Rule 114B
Employment Tenure Recommendation Committee
(1) In the case of clause (a) of rule 114, if there is any doubt regarding the calculation of the teacher's employment period, there will be a job tenure determination recommendation committee as follows at the district level to determine such employment period and recommend to the teacher library:-
(a) District Education Officer – Chairman
(b) Authorized Representative of District Administration Office – Member
(c) Principal of the concerned school – member
(2) The meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1) including other procedures shall be as determined by the said committee itself
