Section 91
Calculation of employment period
When calculating the employment period of an employee for the purpose of this Act, all the periods of the employee permanently in Nepal Health Service according to the Civil Service Act, 2049 before the commencement of this Act shall be counted in the health service established in accordance with this Act.
