Rule 82
Calculation of employment period
: (1) For the purposes of this paragraph, when calculating the employment period, the total period of employment in the armed police, Nepali army or Nepal police service or post will be counted (if it is broken in between, then the broken period will be deducted).< br> (2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if a person who has received gratuity is reinstated in the armed police service or position, he will be reinstated in his previous job only if he returns the amount of gratuity he received earlier.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), while calculating the period of employment, the period of suspension shall also be counted.
