Rule 41
Minimum Educational Qualification and Training
: (1) Candidates for the promotion of armed police personnel must have the educational qualification prescribed for the position one grade or level below the rank or level of the post to be promoted and the mandatory training as per Rule 48.
(2) If it is mentioned in this regulation, and if it is not mentioned, for the promotion to the post of the health sub-group under the technical group, the educational qualification of the same level as mentioned in the prevailing Nepal law related to Nepal health service and for promotion to the post of other technical group should be completed as mentioned in the prevailing Nepal law related to the civil service. .
