(1) Minimum infrastructure and facilities as per schedule-2 should be arranged in the care center or day service center to be established and operated in accordance with the Act and this regulation.
(2) The care center and day service center which are operating according to the prevailing law at the time of commencement of the Act shall arrange the minimum infrastructure and facilities as per schedule-2 within two years from the date of approval in accordance with Rule 10.

(3) Care center Or Diva Seva Kendra should prepare and keep the details of senior citizens in their care in the format as per schedule-1.
