Rule 142
Parties may appoint legal practitioners
(1) A party may appoint a legal practitioner to prepare a document to be registered in the court or to plead arguments before the court on his behalf.
(2) When appointing a legal practitioner in accordance with sub-rule (1), the attorney must be submitted to the court along with the application as per schedule-3.
