(1) The relevant body shall publish a notice for the information of the general public mentioning the items, places, flora, fauna, etc. to be included in the register.
(2) If anyone has any reaction regarding the objects, places, flora, fauna, etc. mentioned in the notice published according to sub-rule (1), a complaint can be made to the relevant body within thirty days from the date of publication of such notice.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if there is any complaint, after investigating the complaint and if no complaint is received, after the expiry of thirty days, the concerned body shall prepare the register.
