The office of the officers of the University shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:-
(a) In case of his death,
(b) if he resigns before the appointing authority,
(c) If he is found guilty by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude,
(d) if he is proved to be of unsound mind, or
(e) If he is removed from office in accordance with this Act.
