(1) In the event of the transfer of an employee in accordance with section 21, if the post or post is not filled, such post or post will be automatically created so as not to increase the total number of posts, and after such employee is transferred to another place, the post or post will be automatically cancelled.
(2) According to this Act, as long as the employees who have been promoted or promoted to the higher level remain at that level, such position shall be automatically created and if the position of such level becomes vacant in any way, the position of the initial level shall be deemed to be vacant.
(3) The number of employees who have been upgraded from the existing third level to the fourth level in the health service will automatically be created in the fourth level.
(4) The designation of the employees in the posts created in accordance with sub-section (3) shall be as prescribed.
