Rule 29
Designation to be given
(1) According to sub-section (3) of section 17 of the Act, the following qualifications will be given to employees who have obtained the following qualifications in the following positions of health services:-
(a) Rural health workers who have passed the Assistant Health Attendant Course from a recognized educational institution and have been promoted to the fourth level as Assistant Health Attendants,
(b) Maternal and child workers who have passed the course of assistant health nurse from a recognized educational institution and are promoted to the fourth level, assistant health nurse,
(c) Darkrup Assistant to the staff working in the post of assistant fourth level radiography after passing the entrance examination from a recognized educational institution and having received at least three months of radiography training,
(d) Designation of the fifth level of the relevant group according to schedule-3 to the health service employees who have attained the educational qualifications prescribed for the fifth level and have been promoted to the fifth level.
(2) The Ministry shall prepare and implement the job description of the employees designated in accordance with sub-rule (1).
