Rule 67
Publication and Application of Vacancy Notice
(1) According to the Act and this regulation, after determining the percentage of filling posts and the number of posts, the Public Service Commission will publish a notice containing the details of the posts at the authorized level to be promoted based on performance evaluation. However, in the case of assistant level posts, the work of publishing such information and collecting applications will be done by the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee.
(2) In the notice to be published according to sub-rule (1), the period of service required for the post to be promoted, the period for which seniority will be calculated (as of the end of June) to be a potential candidate, educational, qualification, details and number of the post to be promoted, office where the post is vacant, application The date and place should also be disclosed.
(2A) Apart from the period of potential candidates (Ashadha Mansat), promotion marks will be counted only up to the last date of application.
(3) The concerned candidate shall submit the application in the format prescribed by the Public Service Commission within the time limit specified in the notice as per sub-rule (1). The applications submitted in this way shall be sent by the Public Service Commission to the secretariat of the concerned promotion committee in the case of posts at the authorized level for promotion recommendation.
