2.1 In this Act, unless the subject or context requires otherwise, - 2.1.1 "Pashupati area" means the area within the boundaries specified by the Government of Nepal for the protection, maintenance and development of the Pashupati area from time to time by publishing notices in the Nepal Gazette. The area should be remembered. 2.1.2 "Fund" means the Pashupati Kshetra Development Fund established as per clause 3. 2.1.3 "Custodian" means the Custodian of the Fund. 2.1.4 "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Fund. 2.1.5 "Council" shall mean the Board of Directors of the Pashupati Area Development Fund formed as per section 8 for the purpose of operating the fund. 2.1.6 "Member" means the Vice-Chairman, Treasurer, Member and Member-Secretary of the Council. 2.1.7 ……….. 2.1.8 ………… 2.1.9 ………… 2.1.10 “Donation” means cash, property and movable property provided by the donor as support to the Fund. It should also be remembered. 2.1.11 "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
