In this Act, unless the subject or the context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Trust" shall mean the Nepal Trust established as per section 3.
(b) "Property of the Trust" shall mean the property referred to in Section 4.
(c) "Committee" means the Trust Board of Trustees constituted as per Section 7.
(d) "Property" means movable or immovable, tangible or intangible, physical or immaterial property.
(e) "Member" shall mean a member of the committee and the term also refers to the chairman and member-secretary of the committee.
(f) "Prescribed" or "as prescribed" means prescribed or prescribed in the rules made under this Act.
