Section 2
Definition

Unless the subject or context otherwise requires, in this Act,-

(a) “Speaker” means the Speaker of the National Assembly.

(b) “Deputy Speaker” means the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives.

(c) "Deputy Speaker" means the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly.

(l) “Opposition Party Whip” means a member of such assembly appointed by the leader of the opposition party to act as opposition party whip in the House of Representatives.
