(a) "Agency" means the National Anti-Doping Agency as defined in sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Act;
(b) "Act" means the National Sports Development Act, 2077.
(c) "Fund" means sub-section (1) of section 50 of the Act. The following shall be referred to as the Sportsmen's Welfare Fund.
