(1) The Council may form the following standing committees to be accountable to itself:-
(a) Disciplinary Committee,
(b) Examination Committee,
(c) Executive Committee,
(d) Vocational Guidance Committee.
(2) The Council may form other committees as necessary to fulfill the objectives of the organization.
(3) The work, duties and rights of the committees formed in accordance with this section shall be as prescribed.
(4) When forming a committee in accordance with sub-section (1), the committee shall not be formed in such a way that the members of one committee, except the chairman and vice-chairman, are also in the other committee.
