(1) The Council shall have a separate fund (2) The funds as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) money received from any person or association,
(c) the amount received as a fee from the person taking the certificate,
(d) the amount received as bail, and
(e) Amount received from other sources.
(3) The entire expenses of the council shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1). But the amount according to clause (d) of that sub-section cannot be spent on the work of the council.
(4) The operation of the fund of the Council shall be as prescribed.
(5) Audit of the Council shall be as prescribed.
