(1) Council meetings will normally be held four times a year and the chairman may call more meetings if he deems it necessary. and will sit in place.

(3) The chairman will preside over the meeting of the council. In his absence, the Vice President and in the absence of the Vice President, a person chosen by the members present at the meeting will preside over the meeting.

(4) Only if fifty percent of the total number of members of the Council are present, a quorum for the meeting of the Council will be considered.

p>(5) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the council shall be valid and if the votes are equal, the person presiding over the meeting may cast the deciding vote.

(6) The decision of the council shall be certified by the registrar.

(7) Allowances and other facilities that the members will receive while participating in the meeting will be as specified.

(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Council will be as determined by the Council itself.
