Section 23
Dissolution of Council –
(1) If the government of Nepal feels that the Council has not been able to exercise its rights in accordance with this Act or the regulations made under this Act, or has misused equal rights, or has exercised more than such rights, or has not performed its duties in accordance with the regulations made under this Act, then that matter The Government of Nepal will give instructions to the council to improve or correct.
(2) The Government of Nepal may dissolve the Council if the Council fails to improve or correct its work in accordance with the instructions given under sub-section (1).
(3) After dissolution of the council as per sub-section (2) until another council is formed, the Nepal government shall keep the funds and property of the council under its responsibility, and the Nepal government shall use all the rights exercised by the council in accordance with this Act or the regulations made under this act or by forming a committee and having it be done by the committee.
