(1) Even if he has not completed the pre-registration training, internship or resident training as prescribed by the council after obtaining the qualifications prescribed by the council, he should register his name in the examination registration book of the council.
(1A) Regardless of anything written in sub-rule (1), doctors coming from abroad for training under internship training, master's level resident training or student exchange programs or interns coming to Nepal for short-term internship after obtaining the qualifications specified by the council must be listed in the council and registered in a separate registration book.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) r (1A), the fee to be charged for registering the name shall be as prescribed in Schedule-9.
