Rule 145
Examination Conduct
: (1) After the completion of the training given in accordance with this regulation, the Inspector General of Armed Police or a gazetted armed police officer appointed by him shall form an examination conduct committee.
(2) The committee formed according to sub-rule (1) shall have all rights related to conducting the examination and publishing the results of the training.
(3) The committee constituted as per sub-rule (1) may depute the officer of the training center to take the examination at any place.
(4) A trainee who fails in Armed Police Basic or Technical Training will be given another opportunity to participate in the training and if he fails in that too, his appointment will be cancelled.
