If a person wants to register his hotel, lodge, restaurant, resort or bar at the tourist level, he must pay the application to the Government of Nepal as prescribed.
(2) Hotels, lodges, restaurants and reservation bars that want to be registered according to sub-section (1) will be registered at the tourist level if they have the specified facilities and in the case of hotels, they will be registered at the tourist level classification.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the fee charged for hotel, lodge, restaurant and resort or bar registration shall be as prescribed.
