Rule 5
Can be moved or changed mountain peak after mountaineering expedition

(1) If a mountain climbing party wants to move or change the mountain peak mentioned in the permit after its mountaineering expedition, before the start of such mountaineering expedition, it must specify the period including the program related to mountaineering or change it. Himalachuli will have to be fixed and an application should be submitted to the Ministry for permission.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the ministry may grant permission to the mountaineer team to move after the mountaineer expedition for a maximum period of two years. But if the mountaineers who have permission to climb Mt. Everest, Lhotse or Nupse for the spring season of the financial year 070/071 want to postpone their mountaineering expedition, the ministry can allow them to postpone their mountaineering expedition for five years.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if the mountain climbing team has to pay an additional amount for the change of Himalachuli, the ministry will take that amount and give permission to change the Himalachuli. If the salami amount is more, such amount will not be refunded.
