The following conditions shall be observed by the permitted mountaineering party :-
(a) To limit their activities only to Himalachuli for which they have permission,
(A1) At least one mountain guide should be taken while going for mountain climbing (b) Do not do any kind of act that causes trauma to the customs, religious, social and cultural traditions of the people of the mountain climbing area,
(c) Until the base camp is reached, the camps to be set up in different places are acceptable to the local people as much as possible or to be set up only in the places designated by the Government of Nepal,
(d) Except as permitted by the Government of Nepal, no arms, explosives, etc. shall be carried, (e) Nepal ………. Do not do any kind of work that adversely affects the safety and reputation of
(f) Not to use telecommunications other than those approved (g) Do not damage or destroy trees, leaves, other wildlife and environmental hygiene around the mountain climbing area,
(h) If any rare and historical goods are found during mountain climbing, report to the Liaison Officer,
(i) Work as prescribed by the Ministry to prevent pollution of the environment,
(j) Daily information to the contact officer regarding the situation and program related to mountain climbing.
(k) The mountaineers who have permission to climb Himalchuli on the international border with foreign countries connected to Nepal should not violate the international border.
(l) The entire distance from the base camp to the last point of the peak of Himalchuli and back must be covered on foot, but the use of helicopters, airplanes and balloons for the emergency rescue of mountaineers will not be hindered.
(D) To make arrangements for the equipment and material related to mountain climbing to be carried only by climbers or workers authorized to accompany the group. /p>
