Counting of votes in the election according to the first-come-first-served electoral system

(1) After checking the ballot box in accordance with Rule 36, the first-to-be elected must break the security seal on the ballot box used for the purpose of the election and cast all the ballots in the ballot box at the counting place. Ballots from multiple polling stations should be mixed and counted at one place. Before mixing the ballot papers, the details of the total number of votes cast in such polling stations shall be preserved in a separate written form. (3) Before counting the votes in accordance with this rule, the ballot papers shall be separated according to the election symbols of the candidates and the total number of ballot papers cast in such polling stations shall be noted. A bond must be made. (4) The Election Officer or the staff assigned by him must show the valid or invalid ballot papers to the candidate, election representative or counting representative during the counting of votes. But the ballot paper should not be allowed to be touched or held by him. (5) Out of the ballot papers separated according to sub-rule (3), the invalid ballot paper should be counted first and then the valid ballot paper should be counted. will have to do.
