Rule 137
Salary increase for five years or promotion withheld for two years
In the following cases, a teacher can be given salary increase for five years or promotion withheld for two years:-
(a) In case of indiscipline,
(b) If equivalent school hours are not observed,
(c) In case of violation of the rules of conduct,
(C1) In case of lack of working capacity,
(d) Failure to attend training or training as assigned,
(e) If the principal does not send the selected teacher to participate in training or training.
