Section 73A
Suspension of promotion for five years or suspension of maximum five increments or reduction in the starting scale of the post
In any of the following cases, an employee may be punished with suspension of promotion for two to five years or suspension of two to five salary increments or reduction in the initial salary scale of the position he is holding:-
(a) Repeated acts of indiscipline,
(b) In case of not fulfilling the official duties prescribed by this Act or prevailing laws,
(c) In case of non-compliance with the instructions given regarding the irregularities observed in the management test.
