Section 85
Road license can be re-issued
If a road license is re-issued for a public vehicle written in the road license that has been revoked in accordance with section 84, the owner or manager of such vehicle shall be fined up to two thousand rupees, including the renewal and additional fees required to be collected from the owner or manager of such vehicle as per section 83. According to Section 77, another road license should be given to drive the vehicle.
