(1) The party who is not satisfied with the fine imposed according to section 35 may appeal within thirty-five days to the concerned district court on the fine imposed by the local level and on the fine imposed by other agencies or officials of the Government of Nepal or the provincial government to the concerned High Court within thirty-five days.
(2) The party who is not satisfied with the decision regarding the determination of compensation according to section 36 may appeal to the concerned High Court within thirty-five days.
