(1) If the question of clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 11 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073 is raised in an application for review of the judgment or final order of a case, the same number of judges other than the judge who made the judgment or final order before such application It will be viewed from the attached bench.
(2) If the question of Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 11 of the Administration of Justice Act, 2073 is raised in an application for review of the judgment or final order of a case, then such application shall be made by the first joint bench other than the judge who passed the judgment or final order. If there is a judgment or final order, it will be reviewed by the full bench and if it is a judgment or final order by the full bench, it will be reviewed by the full bench.
(3) If permission to review the judgment or final order of a case is granted when submitted in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2), that case shall be submitted to the bench of the judge other than the one who first made the judgment or final order and granted permission for review.
