Section 136
Manner to be served on appeal
When giving an appeal, it should be given in the format as per schedule-45.
(2) In the appeal given in accordance with sub-section (1), in addition to other things, the appellant shall clearly mention the full name and address of the appellant and the respondent, a brief description of the case, the matters that are not satisfied with the decision of the lower court and the basis thereof, the matters to be decided by the court hearing the appeal and the relevant law. Must be correctly printed.
(3) When giving an appeal according to sub-section (1), the following documents should be attached to the appeal:-
(a) a copy of the judgment against which the appeal is sought,
(b) If any punishment has been imposed on the appellant from the judgment, the fact that he has served or served such punishment or is in prison for that or has given bail or kept bond.
