(1) The party who is not satisfied with the order made by the department to pay compensation as per Section 23, the fine as per Sub-Section (1), (2), (3) and (4) of Section 24 or the suspension as per Sub-Section (1) of Section 25 An appeal can be filed in the relevant High Court within thirty five days of receiving the information of such a decision.
(2) The party who is not satisfied with the fine imposed in accordance with sub-sections (5) and (6) of section 24 may appeal to the relevant district court within thirty-five days from the date of receiving the information of such decision.
