Rule 29
Procedure for Appeals and Revisions
(1) After receiving a copy of the decision from the court in the case filed by the Commission, after studying and obtaining a copy of the decision, the government lawyer working in the Commission or the legal practitioner or the relevant officer appointed for that work shall submit their opinion to the Secretary.
(2) In the opinion received according to sub-rule (1), the secretary shall also present his opinion and opinion to the commission.
(3) The Commission shall decide whether to appeal or review based on the facts of the case, the relevant law, the court's judgment and the opinion received in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2).
(4) In case of a decision to appeal or review by the Commission, the Commission shall file an appeal or review application in the relevant court through a government lawyer or a legal practitioner appointed for that purpose or a related officer.
