Section 66
Appeal
: (1) The party who is not satisfied with the decision made by the department in accordance with this Act may appeal to the Government of Nepal within thirty-five days from the date of the decision.
(2) A party who is not satisfied with the decision made by the Foreign Employment Tribunal in accordance with this Act may appeal to the Supreme Court within thirty-five days from the date of the decision.
