(1) Any person who is not satisfied with any decision or any other matter made by the Registrar in accordance with this Act may appeal to the Council within 35 days from the date of such decision or matter.

(2) A person who is not satisfied with the decision made by the council in accordance with this act may appeal to the High Court within thirty-five days from the date of the decision.
