8. Grounds for recommending award
(1) For the purpose of clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 11 or clause (h) of sub-section (2) of section 12 of the Act, awarding an award to an employee Or when recommending for an award according to section (d) of section 13, it should be done on the following basis:-
(a) Contributed to speed up service delivery by simplifying the process,
(B) Customer feedback regarding service delivery is positive
(c) has done significant work for revenue growth,
(d) Completing tasks efficiently beyond the prescribed responsibilities within the scope of prevailing laws,
(e) Not having received any departmental punishment for the last two years.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) when the award is given or recommended for the award, for what reason is the employee who is about to be awarded or recommended for the award eligible to receive the award? A clear reason and objective basis for the same must be disclosed and it can be made public as needed.
(3) In accordance with this rule, awarding or recommending an award shall not exceed five percent of the total number of employees in the relevant body in each financial year. Award or recommendation for award.
