Prior approval should be obtained
23. Need to take prior approval (1) If the chairman and members go on a foreign visit in connection with government work, they must obtain prior approval from the Ministry of Finance.
(2) If a member has to visit Nepal in connection with the work of the board, he should take the approval of the chairman.
