Rule 20
Publish List of Appearances
(1) The registrar will prepare a list of the cases scheduled for hearing for the next week according to the registration order of the cases and submit it to the chairman by Thursday of each week.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), when preparing the appearance list, the order of registration shall be determined based on the date of initial registration of the case registered for re-justification in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the name of the parties to the case, the number of the case, the date of presentation of the case and if a legal practitioner has been appointed in the case, his name should also be mentioned on the notice board of the tribunal by Friday.
(4) According to sub-rule (1), out of the cases included in the weekly case list, the registrar shall prepare a daily case list and place it on the notice board and give one copy of the list to the members.
(5) According to sub-rule (1), while preparing the daily appearance list, it should be prepared in the following order based on the date of registration of the case:-
(a) Case pending on the previous day,
(b) Case of detention,
(c) Cases where women are complainants or victims,
(d) Case fixed date of hearing according to previous order.
(6) In the case of a person who has been arrested with an indictment filed in the tribunal or with a deadline, subpoena or warrant issued by the tribunal, it is necessary to immediately make a statement and take detention action, even if the daily case is not on the list of appearance, action can be taken.
(7) On the day of hearing the case, the bench assistant shall submit the report before the bench. Except in the case of the discussion on that issue, a judgment or an order will be written, after the day's work is over, the bench assistant must return the issue to the relevant clerk.
