Section 4
Pragya Pratishthan to be an autonomous institution
(1) Prajna Pratishthan shall be a self-governing and organized institution with inalienable succession.
(2) Pragya Pratishthan will have a separate seal for all its activities.
(3) Pragya Pratishthan may acquire, enjoy, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) Pragya Pratishthan can file a complaint in its own name like an individual, and Pragya-Pratishthan can also file a complaint in the same name.
