(1) Pragya Pratishthan shall have a fund.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) the amount of loan, donation, aid, grant or donation received from any person, organization or nation,
(c) Amount received from any other source.
(3) The funds of Pragya Pratishthan will be opened and deposited in a commercial bank account.
(4) Funds and accounts of Pragya Foundation will be operated as prescribed.
(5) All the expenses of Pragya Pratishthan shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (2).
(6) The council may properly invest the funds of Pragya-Pratishthan without adversely affecting the interest of Pragya-Pratishthan.
